submitted but did not get confirmation

We submitted with 2 minutes to go. We had a last minute wording change and after I hit SUBMIT I did not get any confirmation. We spent months on this and want to be sure it made it.

    We hit submit with 2 minutes left according to the timer on the left panel of your page. There were 3 of us in the room. We need to talk to someone as we met the requirements. I can be reached at 972-841-1310
