I send my Submition and website dont allow to enter

PLEASE I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS PROJECT FOR 2 MONTHS AND NOW WHEN I SUBMIT MY APP THE WEBSITE DONT' ALLOW ME TO ENTER, I SUBMIT BEFORE THE FINISH TIME..
